You choose the products you want to buy and put them in your online shopping cart. All the way until the point of actually ordering, you can edit the content of the shopping cart, as well as viewing the content, including the price of the products.

When you are ready to order, you go to ”checkout”, where you type your name, address, e-mail, telephone number and choice of payment card.

You can change the content all until you confirm your purchase by clicking on the ”order and pay”-button. After this point, your order is processed by www.louisekragh.dk

When you have ordered a product at us, you get a confirmation that we have received your order. A binding shopping agreement has not entered until you have received this confirmation.

Please be aware! There are certain reservations regarding typing errors, price changes and products that are out of stock or production.

Reservations regarding image rendering

Computer screens can be set differently and vary a lot in size.Therefore, color renderings can differ, depending on the screen. Louise Kragh.dk ApS does not guarantee that the color, you see on your screen reflects the precise color of the product.

Consequently, we will try to describe the product as concrete as possible. You are always welcome to contact us for further information about the jewelry.


To shop on www.louisekragh.dk you must be 18 years old or more and in possession of a valid payment card that we accept. If you are under 18, you can still shop if you have your guardian’s accept.

Louise Kragh.dk ApS accepts following payment cards:

VISA, VISA Electron, EURO/Mastercard, Maestro, JCB and American Express.


The communication between the payment system and the card holder happens through an encrypted SSL (Secure Socket Layer) connection. The payment card, you use, has to be yours. All credit/debit card holders will be validated by the card issuer. If the issuer rejects your payment, Louise Kragh.dk ApS is not responsible for possible delays or missing delivery of your order. If the validation fails to proceed, Louise Kragh.dk ApS remains the right to cancel your order.

Payment will not be subtracted until the product is dispatched from our studio.


All prices include Danish tax but exclude shipping costs and possible payment card fees. The shipping price will appear at the step before payment. Orders over 100 EUR are shipped for free.


Louise Kragh.dk ApS use Post Danmark (B- Economique), who forwards the shipment to similar postal services internationally. You can choose free shipment by regular mail og shipment with tracking (7.41€). Any delays at Post Danmark or the international postal service will delay the final delivery time as well. Louise Kragh.dk ApS is not responsible for such delays.

It is your responsibility to make sure that the package can be delivered in your mail box or the like. If the package cannot be dropped of on the given address, be aware of any notifications from the postal service, if you are not available on the given address at the delivery time.

You are welcome to use an alternative delivery address, for example your work address, if this is more convenient for you.


There are 14 days right of cancellation on the products, calculated from the day, the products are received. To make the right of cancellation applicable, you have to make a clear statement to us about this, no later than 14 days after you received the products. We recommend you to notify us on webshop@louisekragh.dk.

If you regret your purchase, you must return it no later than 14 days after the end of the right of cancellation-period. When the product is returned and approved, the amount is refunded to your account within 2-7 days. Unless you can document your dispatch of the product to us, we reserve right to hold back the refund, until the product is delivered to us.

If your have ordered more than one product but they are delivered separately, the period for right of cancellation runs from the time of the last received product.

Please notify that:

You can lose you purchase amount completely or partially. This happens if the product’s value is reduced when:

· You have used the product, meaning handled the jewelry in a manner that goes beyond what you are allowed to in a physical store and it has deteriorated the value of the jewelry.

· The jewelry has been damaged while you were responsible for it.

· You have handled the product in another way than what is necessary to determine the jewelry’s kind, properties and how it works.

You have to pay for the shipment costs when you regret your purchase. When returning, you must make sure that the products are safely wrapped, because the jewelry is under your own responsibility until we receive them. Therefor, always save you postal receipt and perhaps a track and trace number.

Please be aware! We do not receive packages sent cash on delivery.

What should I add?

Remember to add a copy of your order confirmation or invoice to the package. It is not a requirement but the service goes faster if adequate, supplementary information is included in the package, for example a copy of a previous correspondence.

Your purchase is covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act, including the rules about defects. This means that the first 24 months from when your product is delivered, you can complain over a defect product and then get it repaired, substituted, money refunded or a price reduction, depending on the situation.

However, it is naturally a requirement that the complaint is legitimate and that the defect is not caused by wrong use or any other damaging behavior.

You must contact us within ”reasonable time”

You must complain within ”reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect. We recommend that you complain as soon as possible and no later than 2 months after the defect has been discovered.

What should I inform?

When you return the product, please inform us what the problem is, as detailed as possible, or refer to the previous correspondence.

Remember, that the product should always be returned, safely wrapped, and to get a receipt for your shipment so that we can refund your shipping costs, if the complaint is legitimate.

A complaint over a product bought at our webshop can be submitted to Konkurrence- og Forbrugerstyrelsens Center for Klageløsning (The Danish Competition- and Consumer Agency for Complaint Settlement), Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, Denmark. You can also submit a complaint to Center for Klageløsning (Center for Complaint Settlement) at www.forbrug.dk.

The EU Commission’s online portal for complaints can also be used when submitting a complaint.  This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer with residence in another EU-country. Complaints must be submitted here: http://ec.europa.eu/odr

What happens with my data?

Above mentioned data including information about which products you have bought will be saved for 5 years starting from the end of the fiscal year, the data relate to, cf. the Danish Bookkeeping Act § 10, whereupon the data will be deleted.

If you have created a log-in in order to make self-service on our site, your personal data and order information will not be deleted, unless you ask us to.

No information will be passed on or sold to third party unless it happens in connection with reorganization or a complete or partial vending of the company. Possible transmission in such a situation will happen in accordance with in force at the time Danish Act on Processing of Personal Data.

Can I get acquainted with my data?

As a customer, you always have the possibility to get insight to our data registration about you, and you can take exception to a registration according to the rules about this in the law regarding treatment of personal data.
